Women in Construction Week: Meet Crystal Coale

As Women in Construction Week continues, we would like to share with you another one of our stars: Crystal Coale, Accounts Payable Manager. Crystal has been with DXI for over 23 years. What had originally started out as a part-time summer job – when Crystal was just 15 years old – turned into a full-time position when she graduated from high school. “I was helping DXI for a number of years and grew to love the team. When a full-time position opened up, I grabbed the opportunity and here I am all these years later! Every day is different and exciting and I love the people I work with. There are so many opportunities to interact with everyone who works here, both inside and outside our company. It’s always a pleasure to come to work.” A big thank you to Crystal Coale.
