The Preserve at Deep Creek

Project Summary

Since the inception of The Preserve at Deep Creek in Middletown, Delaware, DXI Construction was the partner of choice to provide turnkey site preparation for Westown Development. One of Middletown’s newest and most prestigious communities, The Preserve at Deep Creek was completed in six phases totaling approximately 700 lots comprised of single-family homes, townhouses, and a 55-and-over section.

DXI began working with the client by providing site-preparation consultation and budgeting during the planning and design phases. We then performed clearing, rough grading, and installation of wet and dry underground utilities to establish the infrastructure for the development. Our work continued through foundation excavation, grading for roads and parking areas, fine grading, paving, and curb and gutter installation.

DXI completed each phase within budget and within the established time constraints, delivering the project to our client’s satisfaction.
